Overview

The Connection Director is responsible for ensuring the assimilation process is efficient and healthy in supporting the ministry of Faith Family Church. This position is responsible for overseeing the connection plan that will move people from first-time guests to fully committed members of FFC. The primary functions of the Connection Director are to create and consistently maintain strong reporting and metrics for First Time Guests, Next Steps participation, and all Membership activity (weekend attendance, small groups, serving, and giving) for individuals joining Faith Family Church.

 

Requirements

  • Ministry degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years on staff at a church 2,000+
  • Strong employer references
  • Proficient knowledge of online software and platforms
